Assalamu Alaikum.

You're officially three days in. And you know what that means?

You've passed the "test run" phase.

This isn't a trial anymore—this is real Ramadan momentum.

Your body is starting to adapt, your soul is waking up, and Shaytan is locked away watching you rise without his whispers.

Keep going.

And it's Jummah.

The best day of the week, in the best month of the year.

If there was ever a day to go all in spiritually, this is it.

Let's make Day 3 legendary.

Ramadan Day 3 Dua List

Read These In The Morning, After Fajr:

01

Ayat al-Kursi (Surah Al-Baqarah 2:255)

Translation

"Allah! There is no god but He, the Living, the Self-subsisting, Eternal. No slumber can seize Him nor sleep. His are all things in the heavens and on earth. Who is there can intercede in His presence except as He permitteth? He knoweth what (appeareth to His creatures as) before or after or behind them. Nor shall they compass aught of His knowledge except as He willeth. His Throne doth extend over the heavens and the earth, and He feeleth no fatigue in guarding and preserving them for He is the Most High, the Supreme (in glory)."

Significance

Reciting this in the morning creates a spiritual bariar throughout the day and you get protection from all kinds of evil harm.

02

Morning Dua

Translation

"We have entered a new day and with it all dominion belongs to Allah. Praise is to Allah. There is no god but Allah alone, with no partner. To Him belongs the dominion, to Him belongs all praise, and He has power over everything. My Lord, I ask You for the good of this day and the good that follows it, and I seek refuge in You from the evil of this day and the evil that follows it. My Lord, I seek refuge in You from laziness and the evil of old age. My Lord, I seek refuge in You from the punishment of the Fire and the punishment of the grave."

Significance

You're three days in and your body might be fighting you.
Sleep feels sweeter. The bed feels heavier.
That's exactly why this dua mentions laziness. You're literally asking Allah to protect you from the urge to quit or slack off.
This is your spiritual caffeine.

03

Day 3 Special Dua

Translation

"O Allah, on this day, grant me wisdom and awareness, distance me from foolishness and pretension, and grant me a share in every good You send down, by Your generosity, O Most Generous of the generous."

Significance

Ramadan Day 3 is when distractions start creeping back in.
Work emails. Social media. Group chats. Your focus starts to scatter.
This dua is asking Allah for mental clarity and protection from wasting time on nonsense. You're asking to be awake—not just physically, but spiritually.
And you're asking for a share in every single blessing Allah sends down today, because why settle for less?

What to Read: Finishing Strong on Juz 1

Complete Juz 1 if you haven't already, or at least reach the end of the story of Adam (عليه السلام) in Surah Al-Baqarah.

You'll read about how Shaytan caused Adam and Hawa to slip, and how Allah accepted their repentance.

It's a reminder that we all make mistakes, but what matters is turning back to Allah immediately.

And when you reach the verse, "And your Lord said, 'Call upon Me; I will respond to you'" (this is echoed throughout the Quran, including in Al-Baqarah), pause and make a small dua right there.

Allah is literally inviting you to ask.

Don't scroll past that.

Your Specific Task: The "Salawat Sprint"

Today is Jummah, and you know what that means—sending Salawat on the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ carries extra weight.

Your Task: Send Salawat on the Prophet ﷺ at least 100 times today.

You can use the simple one:

Or the longer version:

Do it on your commute.

While cooking. During lunch break. Waiting for Iftar.

Let your tongue stay busy with something beautiful.

Why?

Because the Prophet ﷺ said that whoever sends Salawat on him once, Allah sends blessings on that person ten times.

Imagine that return.

100 Salawat = 1,000 blessings from Allah.

On Jummah. In Ramadan. That's a spiritual jackpot.

The "Golden Hour" (The 15 Minutes Before Iftar)

It's Jummah, so this golden hour hits different.

There's a special accepted hour on Fridays, and many scholars say it could be right before Maghrib.

Your Day 3 Dua List:

And don't forget—make a personal dua.

Something deep.

Something only you and Allah know about. He's waiting to hear it from you.

A Little Brotherly/Sisterly Advice for Day 3

You've made it to Day 3 on a Jummah.

Do you understand how blessed that is?

Some people didn't make it to this Ramadan. Some made it but couldn't fast.

And here you are—alive, able, and in the presence of Allah's mercy.

Today is not the day to coast.

It's the day to push a little harder. To make a little more dua.

To be a little more present in your Salah. Because if Ramadan is a race, Jummah is your turbo boost.

And remember: consistency beats intensity.

You don't have to be perfect. You just have to keep showing up.

Three days down. Twenty-seven to go.

You're building something beautiful here—don't stop now.

You can see guide for Day 2 of Ramadan here that we previously wrote.

Did you send your first Salawat on the Prophet ﷺ yet?

Start now. Count to 10, then keep going.

See you tomorrow for Day 4, where we'll talk about guarding your eyes and purifying your intentions. You're doing amazing.

Keep your head up and your heart soft. 🤍
