Translation
O Ever-Living, O Sustainer, by Your mercy I seek help. Set right all my affairs, and do not leave me to myself even for the blink of an eye.
Significance
This beautiful dua (from An-Nasa'i) is a cry for complete dependence on Allah.
You're calling on Him by two of His most powerful names: Al-Hayy (The Ever-Living) and Al-Qayyum (The Sustainer of all existence).
Then you're asking Him to fix all your affairsโnot just the ones you know about, but the ones you don't. And finally, you're saying, "Ya Allah, don't leave me to myself even for a split secondโbecause if You do, I'll fall."
This is the dua of someone who knows they are nothing without Allah. Say it with your whole heart.
Dua for Protection from All Evil

Translation
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the evil of what I have done and from the evil of what I have not done.
Significance
This concise dua (from Sahih Muslim) covers two types of evil. The first is the evil you've already committedโthe sins, the mistakes, the regrets.
You're asking Allah to protect you from their consequences. The second is the evil you haven't done yetโthe sins you might fall into in the future, the mistakes you're vulnerable to.
You're asking Allah to prevent them before they happen. It's both repentance and prevention in one breath.
Say it every morning and protect yourself from both your past and your future.

Translation
O Allah, on this day, grant me the obedience of the humble, expand my chest with the repentance of the devout, by Your security, O Security of the fearful.
Significance
This is a dua asking for three essential qualities that define true believers.
First, the obedience of the humble (khashi'in)โthose whose worship is done with complete humility and focus, not arrogance or distraction.
Second, expansion of the chest through sincere repentance (inabah)โmeaning a heart that's open, light, and free from the burdens of sin.
Third, security from fearโbecause when you truly turn to Allah, all other fears disappear.
This dua is asking Allah to transform you from the inside out, to make you someone whose worship is sincere, whose heart is clean, and whose soul is at peace.
What to Read: Deep Into Juz 5
Today's Goal: Continue reading Juz 5, focusing on Surah An-Nisa, particularly the verses about justice, family rights, and social responsibility.
Surah An-Nisa is one of the most detailed surahs when it comes to legal and ethical matters—marriage, inheritance, orphans, justice, war ethics, and more.
It's a reminder that Islam isn't just about prayer and fasting. It's about how you treat people, especially the vulnerable.
So, when you read the verse, "And when you are greeted with a greeting, greet [in return] with one better than it, or [at least] return it [in a like manner]" (4:86), think about how you interact with people.
Do you respond to kindness with kindness? Do you go above and beyond in your manners?
Or do you just do the bare minimum?
Tip: Treat today’s namaz and dua with the mindset that why Ramadan is a starting point, not a finish line for your journey.
02) Your Specific Task: The "Dua Power List"
Today is all about learning how to make dua in a way that gets answered.
Your Task: Create a "Dua Power List"—a written list of your most important duas, organized by category.
Categories to include:
- Akhirah (Hereafter): Jannah, protection from Jahannam, good ending, ease in the grave
- Forgiveness: Specific sins you want forgiven, habits you want to break
- Personal Growth: Patience, sincerity, strong Iman, love for Allah and His Messenger
- Family: Guidance for parents, spouse, children, siblings
- Provision: Halal income, financial stability, removal of debt
- Health: Healing for yourself or loved ones, protection from illness
- Ummah: Oppressed Muslims around the world, especially on Gaza and China and India.
Why?
Most people make random, unfocused duas.
They ask for whatever comes to mind in the moment, and then forget. But the Prophets and the righteous made specific, consistent duas.
When you write your duas down, three things happen:
- You become intentional about what you're asking for
- You don't forget to ask for important things
- You can track when your duas are answered (and they will be)
Keep this list with you.
Read from it during the golden hour before Iftar. Add to it as new needs arise.
This is your roadmap.
03) The "Golden Hour" (15 Minutes Before Iftar)
This is your most powerful moment of the day. Don't let it slip away.
Your Day 15 Dua List:
- Ask Allah to accept every dua you've made so far in Ramadan, and to answer them in the best way and at the best time.
- Pray for the ability to make dua with yaqeen (certainty)—knowing with absolute confidence that Allah hears you and will respond.
- Ask Allah to teach you how to ask Him properly, with the best words and the most sincere heart.
- Make dua for everyone who has ever asked you to make dua for them—your family, friends, people you've met, even strangers online.
And then pull out your Dua Power List and go through it.
Don't rush.
Take your time. Allah is listening to every word.
A Little Brotherly/Sisterly Advice for Day 15
Your dua is ALWAYS answered.
Yes, you read that right.
Always.
The Prophet ๏ทบ said, "There is no Muslim who calls upon Allah with a dua that contains no sin or cutting of family ties, except that Allah will give him one of three things: either He will hasten the response, or He will store it for him in the Hereafter, or He will turn away from him an equivalent amount of evil."
The Companions said, "Then we will make a lot of dua!"
The Prophet ๏ทบ smiled and said, "Allah is more generous [than you can imagine]."
Read that again.
Your dua is always answered—but not always in the way or timing you expect.
Sometimes Allah gives you exactly what you asked for, right away.
Sometimes He delays it because the timing isn't right yet.
Sometimes He gives you something better than what you asked for.
Sometimes He protects you from harm you didn't even see coming.
But nothing is wasted.
Every dua you make is recorded, stored, and will be responded to in the way that's best for you.
So stop thinking, "I've been making dua for so long and nothing's happened."
Maybe it has happened, but you just can't see it yet. Maybe Allah is preparing you for the answer.
Or maybe he's protecting you from getting something that would harm you. Maybe He's saving the answer for when you need it most.
Trust His timing.
Trust His wisdom. And keep making dua—because the moment you stop asking is the moment you lose.
