Assalamu Alaikum.

Fourteen days.

You're officially at the halfway point of Ramadan.

Half the month is behind you, and half is still ahead.

This is the moment to pause and ask yourself: Am I showing up the way I want to? Am I giving this month what it deserves?

If the answer is yes, Alhamdulillah—keep going. If the answer is no, it's not too late.

You still have sixteen days to turn things around.

Here is The Prayer Time and Fasting Time for day 14

Morning Dua for Sincere Intentions

Translation

O Allah, I seek refuge in You from knowingly associating anything with You, and I seek Your forgiveness for what I do unknowingly

Significance

This dua (from Musnad Ahmad) is about protecting your intentions.
You're asking Allah to guard you from shirkโ€”both the obvious kind (worshiping other than Allah) and the subtle kind (doing good deeds for praise, recognition, or validation from people).
And then you're asking forgiveness for the shirk you don't even realize you're committing. Because sometimes, we do things for Allah but a small part of us wants people to notice.
That's riya (showing off), and it's the most dangerous poison for your deeds. Start your day by asking Allah to purify your intentions completely.

02

Dua for a Productive Day

Translation

O Allah, I ask You for the good of this day: its victory, its help, its light, its blessings, and its guidance. And I seek refuge in You from the evil in it and the evil that comes after it.

Significance

This dua (from Abu Dawud) is a comprehensive prayer for success. You're not just asking for a "good" dayโ€”you're asking for victory (spiritual and worldly), divine help (because you can't do it alone), light (clarity and guidance), blessings (Barakah in your time and actions), and guidance (to make the right choices).
You're also seeking protection from any harm in today and tomorrow. This dua sets the tone for a day that's not just productive, but blessed.

Translation

O Allah, on this day, do not hold me accountable for my stumbles, forgive me for my mistakes and errors, and do not make me a target for trials and calamities, by Your honor, O Honor of the Muslims.

Significance

This is a dua of humility and protection. You're acknowledging that you're not perfect.
You stumble. You make mistakes. You slip. But you're asking Allah not to hold those against you. Instead, you're asking Him to forgive them and move you forward.
You're also asking Him to protect you from becoming a target of trialsโ€”because sometimes, people go through test after test after test, and it can break them. You're asking Allah to shield you from that.
This is a dua that says, "Ya Allah, I'm weak, but You're strong. Cover me with Your strength.

What to Read: Moving Into Juz 5

Begin Juz 5, continuing through Surah Aal-e-Imran and moving into Surah An-Nisa.

This section transitions from the lessons of Aal-e-Imran (trust in Allah, patience in hardship, unity of the Ummah) into Surah An-Nisa, which focuses heavily on justice, family rights, and social responsibility.

It's a reminder that Islam isn't just about personal worship—it's about how you treat people.

When you begin Surah An-Nisa, the opening verse says,

"O mankind, fear your Lord, who created you from one soul and created from it its mate and dispersed from both of them many men and women. And fear Allah, through whom you ask one another, and the wombs. Indeed Allah is ever, over you, an Observer" (4:1).

This verse is a call to Taqwa and treating people with dignity.

Everyone came from the same source. So everyone deserves respect whether he is rich or poor.

02) Your Specific Task

Today is all about sincerity—the foundation of every accepted deed.

Your Task: Before every single act of worship today, pause and renew your intention.

Ask yourself:

"Am I doing this for Allah, or am I doing this to be seen, praised, or validated by people?"

Apply this to:

Why?

Because, the Prophet ๏ทบ said, "Actions are judged by intentions, and every person will get what they intended." (Sahih al-Bukhari)

You could pray a thousand prayers, but if even one was done for people to see, it's worthless.

Or worse—it's a sin.

The Quran says, "So woe to those who pray but are heedless of their prayer—those who show off and withhold simple assistance" (Al-Ma'un 107:4-7).

Showing off doesn't just reduce your reward—it cancels it.

So today, before every act, pause for three seconds. Close your eyes. Say in your heart: "Ya Allah, this is for You. Only You. No one else."

And then do it.

03) The "Golden Hour" (The 15 Minutes Before Iftar)

This is your daily appointment with the One who knows your heart better than you do.

Be honest. Be vulnerable. Be real.

Your Ramadan Day 14 Dua List:

And make a personal dua.

Something only you and Allah know. He's waiting to hear it.

Tip: Don’t fall into a “spiritual vacation” mindset—try to keep your good habits going, not just because the month tells you to.

A Little Brotherly/Sisterly Advice for Day 14

Most of your good deeds won't count.

Not because they're not good. Not because you didn't do them.

But because your intention was mixed.

You prayed—but part of you wanted people to see how pious you are.

You gave charity—but part of you wanted to be praised for being generous.

You read Quran—but part of you wanted to brag about finishing it.

And that small percentage of impure intention contaminates the entire deed.

The scholars say that riya is like a black ant walking on a black rock in the middle of a dark night.

You can't see it. But it's there. And it's destroying your deeds from the inside.

So how do you fight it?

Step 1: Recognize it

Acknowledge that you're human. That you do care what people think.

That you do want validation. Don't lie to yourself.

Admit it.

Step 2: Renew your intention constantly

Before every deed, pause and say, "This is for Allah."

Do it so often that it becomes automatic.

Step 3: Do good deeds in secret

The scholars say the best way to fight showing off is to have a private life of worship that no one knows about.

Pray Tahajjud when everyone's asleep. Give charity anonymously. Read Quran when no one's watching.

Build a relationship with Allah that exists only between you and Him.

Step 4: Ask Allah for help.

You can't purify your own heart.

Only Allah can. So beg Him.

Every single day. "Ya Allah, make my intentions pure. Protect me from showing off. Let everything I do be only for You."

If you do these four things, you'll start to notice something beautiful: your worship will feel lighter.

Your heart will feel cleaner.

And your connection with Allah will deepen in ways you never imagined.

Because when you worship Allah for Allah—not for people, not for praise, not for validation—everything changes.
